With Grace
Directors: Julia Dahr, Dina Mwende
Production company: Differ Media

We follow the playful girl Grace as she grows up in rural Kenya.
Grace dreams of becoming a comedian and comes up with lots of funny pranks to make her eight siblings laugh. The family has lived as farmers in balance with nature for generations, but now climate change threatens to destroy that. Grace and her family find hope in their shared humor and by planting trees that will help their crops adapt to the drought.
Todd & Super-Stella
Director: Mari Monrad Vistven
Production company: Medieoperatørene

How can you endure always being smaller than your big brother?
Stella hates everything she can’t do, and she doesn’t like things that hurt. It doesn’t help that big brother Todd can do everything and always wants to compete. But it’s not easy being the biggest either. Todd runs the slowest of all the boys in the class, and he doesn’t dare to dive. So he loves to beat his little sister whenever he can. “Todd & Super-Stella” provides a humorous and honest insight into a childhood filled with fear, arguments, love and failed ski trips.
Disa flytter til Japan
Director: Benedicte Maria Orvung
Production company: Orvung Film

Disa is a four-year-old, brave girl.
In this documentary we follow Disa as she leaves Norway and flies far away to Japan. Where everything is different and everyone looks different.
