We use Google Analytics to make statistics of the activities on the website. The information we collect is anonymized, and we do not collect any information that can identify the user unless you fill out one of our forms. The information given in any of these forms is used only for its given purpose, and is protected and not shared with a third party.

Forms
This website has two forms: one for film registration and one for registration of volunteers.

The personal data we collect in the film registration form is used to keep you updated on your registration and to provide to our jury information about the  submitted films. If your film is selected to be part of the festival program, information about the film, its director and its producer will be printed in our festival program and published online.

The personal data we collect in the volunteer registration form is used to contact you, as a volunteer,  and inform your about your tasks and the festival’s activities.

Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will use your email to send you updates about the festival. This data is stored in MailChimp. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

My program
If you log into “My Program” to select and save the movies you whish to attend and share your movie recommendations via Facebook, we will ask you to provide your name and username from Facebook. This data is used to identify you when you log in. You can request access to this data and ask it to be deleted.

Embedded content from other sites

Articles published on this website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor visited the site from which the embedded content comes from.

Who we share your information with

Your personal information is only used by the festival and will not be shared with a third party.
The personal data related to the purchase of a festival pass will be shared with the screening venues Vega Scene and Cinemateket in order to activate the pass and to allow tickets transactions with these venues.  This data will be deleted when the festival is over.

Your rights regarding information we hold about you

You can request to get a copy of the information we hold on you or to ask us to erase your personal data from our records. To do so, please inform us via e-mail: [email protected].
