2.2 Login – “My Program” (Google / social logins)

2.3 Forms

Film submissions:
The information is used to process your submission, communicate with you about the submission, and inform our pre-selection jury about submitted films. If a film is selected for the festival programme, information about the film, director, and producer may be published in the festival programme and online.
Volunteers:
The information is used to contact you and manage information related to volunteer work.
2.4 Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your information to send you updates about the festival. We typically use a third-party provider (for example Mailchimp) for distribution and administration. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the newsletter, or by contacting us at [email protected].
2.5 Festival passes
Personal data related to the purchase/activation of festival passes may be shared with our venues (for example Vega Scene and Cinemateket) for activation and handling of festival passes. The data is deleted after the festival ends, unless legal requirements require longer retention.
3. Embedded content from other websites
Articles on our website may include embedded content (videos, images, maps, articles, etc.). Embedded content behaves in the same way as if you visited the external website directly, and it may collect data about you in accordance with its own policies.
4. Who we share personal data with
We do not share personal data with third parties unless:

5. Storage period
We store personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as long as required by law. For “My Program”, we store account data as long as the account is active, or until you request deletion.
6. Deletion of user account (“My Program”)
If you would like your user account to be deleted, you can send a request to [email protected].
We will process your request and delete your account (and any related personal data we are required to remove) as soon as possible, and no later than the applicable deadlines under data protection law.
Please note that some information may be retained for a longer period if we are legally required to do so (for example, for accounting or security purposes).
