Registration

To receive your films we need to know the following Please send to sarah@humanfilm.no with the subject of your email marked Register Minifestival. You can fill in and save this Word Document locally, before sending it as an attachment to an email:

Registration form required info:
Contact Name
Contact Details - Address, telephone number and email.
Where are you planning to screen the films?
Which dates are you planning to screen the films (can be updated if you change plans later)
What is the aim of your minifestival? Will you have a discussion with external guests or invite relevant friends and contacts?
The date and details of your payment so we can check our records

Payment

We need to receive payment before we can send out the films.

The costs are as follows, plus 65 kr to cover postage and packaging. For these sums you will receive three DVDs- Darwin's Nightmare, Shadow of the Holy Book and China Blue- with the rights to screen them in non-commerical settings.

- Individuals arranging a home event (house party) 250 NOK
- Minifestival screenings at schools, libraries and local community centres 400 NOK
- Minifestival events at business work places and local cinemas 750 NOK

You can pay by using a credit card (on Paypal) or by bank transfer.

Terms and Conditions - Feedback

We ask that you send us a short summary of the event(s), consisting of details of the event, any media exposure, and general feedback on how it went, as well as some idea of the opinions expressed after the screenings. This information can be sent as an email attachment using the Feedback Form link below.

If you do not send us this report within one month of screening the last film we will send you can invoice requiring you to pay an additional fee of 1000 NOK.

Check the feedback from before your event to make sure you gather the information we need. The questions we hope you will be ablel to contribute to answering th equestions below, but please feel free to add others to the feedback form.

- To what extent do you think companies should be responsible for promoting and protecting human rights?

- How far down the supply chain/shpere of influence should this go?

- How aware were your attendees of the role of Business in Human Rights- did they know of any Norwegian examples already where this has been an issue?

- What can we as individuals in Norway do?

- What should the Norwegian Government do?
